The site was acquired on a subject to planning deal. It is currently a two-storey office building that will be demolished under permitted development (class ZA) and rebuilt as a 4-storey new build consisting of 32 residential units.
HARROW
The existing property is a four-storey office building acquired through a sale and leaseback arrangement. With the exception of one, all surrounding commercial buildings have been demolished and redeveloped into residential towers ranging from 7 to 16 storeys. Our team has proposed a 16-storey scheme comprising 91 residential units and 300 square metres of commercial space.
